Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.
Include your order number and a photo of the issue so we can review and make it right. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement or refund.

Non-Returnable Items
For safety and quality reasons, we do not accept returns on:

- Opened or used products
