Returns & Refunds

Returns:
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery on unopened, unused, and undamaged products.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product was defective or incorrect.
Refunds:
Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we will notify you and issue a refund to your original method of payment.
Refunds may take 5–7 business days to appear on your statement.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours at info@mafamilyfarms.com with a photo and description of the issue. We’ll do our best to make it right.
